Job Description

Our client, a prominent player in the hospitality and leisure industry, is known for delivering exceptional experiences to its customers. Committed to excellence, our client is currently seeking a skilled Accountant Manager to join their team at the office located in Amsterdam Central.


As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client's organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee accounting and processes for the Netherlands office.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle fixed asset management.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and advisors.
  • Ensure timely month-end closings.
  • Conduct balance reconciliations

Administrative and HR Management:

  • Manage local administration tasks including inventory purchases and lease contracts.
  • Ensure IT systems (servers, systems) are operational with the help of external suppliers and the IT department in Paris.
  • Oversee all personnel administration (recruitment, contracts, personal files, employee declarations, expat contracts, etc.)


  • Experience in a similar accounting position.
  • A near-native level of proficiency in the Dutch language.
