Job Description

Do you have working experience as a cook or manager in the kitchen or operations roles at a restaurant? Are you a great coordinator with a strong customer-oriented mindset? Then this could be the role for you!


Our client is a scale-up company in the food tech industry from France, and they are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join their office in Brussels. In this role, you will drive success for their valued restaurant partners by delivering a seamless onboarding journey and ensuring the clients go live in a timely and efficient manner with their food brands. You will collaborate with the Key Account Manager to support sales efforts by successfully launching their virtual brands with new restaurant partners.


You will report to General Manager NL and be part of the HQ Operation team.


What you will do 


  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions (1 hour to 2 days, depending on the brands) to equip partners with the knowledge and skills to run our virtual food brands.
  • Coordinate the timeline for restaurants to go live with the brands and sell the food products.
  • Follow the procedures and agendas with restaurant partners to ensure successful launches. 
  • Train and run trial sessions with partners on the field to ensure a smooth go-live.
  • Be the driving force behind ensuring partners feel supported and empowered from day one
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, optimise partners’ operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.


Who you are

  • Passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in restaurants, hospitality or food-related businesses and understanding of the operations/processes in the kitchen. 
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene guidelines as well as how the kitchen teams are organized 
  • Great communication skills in English and Dutch & French
  • Self-motivated, and detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a professional and can-do attitude
