Job Description

For our client – a world known food company, we are currently recruiting for an International Business Manager who would be managing the Franchise partner’s results by providing support, coaching and strategy consulting to help set up and meet business objectives. The role will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive franchisee relationships to meet sales and growth targets.
  • Ensure regional objectives are met through flawless execution of business plans.
  • Lead business planning process for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assess franchisee strengths and gaps in executing strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Serve as primary contact for franchise partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to franchisees.
  • Maintain consistent communication with markets.
  • Uphold company standards for food safety, menu compliance, and trademark protection.
  • Implement changes to policies and contracts in partnership with legal.
  • Manage variance process and ensure franchisee compliance.
  • Utilize reporting tools to guide franchisees in improving business results.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in regional or multinational organizations
  • Proficient in multi-unit environments, with knowledge of retail, F&B, or QSR industry
  • Skilled in interpreting financial statements and strong analytical abilities
  • Effective at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
  • Excellent English language skills, fluency in German is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Experienced in leading and motivating teams to achieve results
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing abilities
  • International travel – max. once per month
