Our client, a leading global consumer goods company with a diverse portfolio of well-known brands, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join their Benelux team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in broadening the reach of one of the client’s brands (baby products) and optimizing market opportunities. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact by developing new partnerships and maintaining existing accounts.

This is a home-based role but remains connected with the offices in the NL and BE.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned accounts and achieve top line sales revenue for the represented brands.
• Identify and secure new distribution partners to extend market presence.
• Regularly review business performance and implement strategies that align with overall customer and company objectives.
• Execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the annual physical & digital activation calendar for customers.
• Track category performance and modify strategies to meet business goals.
• Implement pricing and trade fund strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable track record of successful experience in sales and account management.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English
• Extensive experience in contract negotiation and growing profitable business
• Experience in handling retail chains (e.g., AH, Etos, Jumbo, Kruidvat)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Pro-activeness
