Are you looking for an exciting new temporary job? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

For our client, we are searching for an energetic and ambitious colleague to become their next Sales Support Coordinator! In this role, you will process orders from order entry to invoicing, receipt, investigation and resolution of issues for customers. You will work with one of the biggest brands for headphones, portable speakers and home entertainment systems, which will become your area of expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales support
  • Enter customer orders
  • Monitor and communicate with customers regarding their orders status, shipment planning, documentation and scheduling
  • Maintain close communication with our client's distribution center & logistic partners regarding shipment planning, creation of customs documents etc
  • Create invoices as well as address other relevant administrative task

Requirements:

  • Available full time and able to start on July 15 
  • Fluent in English. If you speak Dutch, that is a big plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Commercial degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support /customer service or a commercial administrative role, working with tangible products 
  • Experience of working with SAP or similar ERP system 
  • Experience of working with Excel, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table

Please note we can only consider candidates are based in the Netherlands as well as eligible to work in the Netherlands. The contract is a 6 months contract through our agency.
