Job Description

Our client is a Dutch company producing medical diagnostic instruments and exporting them worldwide. For their customer support team in the Arnhem/Apeldoorn region they are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage the Order to cash cycle and to support B2B clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for complete order management (including preparing and issuing quotes/entering and confirming orders/invoicing the orders/preparing pro-forma invoices);
  • Phone and email support to customers and suppliers;
  • You ensure that stocks are replenished on time, taking into account the minimum and maximum stock levels;
  • You ensure adequate administration;
  • You work closely with colleagues from the Sales and Logistics department.

 

Key requirements:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in an order management role;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language;
  • Accurate, strong communicator, efficient and stress-resistant personality.
