Job Description

Looking for a well-established company where you can grow? Our client is a stock-listed company that provides services to the hospitality sector and we are looking for a Customer & Technical Support to join the brand new customer support department. If you enjoy working in a start-up environment within the well-established company, look no further!


  • Resolve chemical dosing dispenser and system queries, aiming for high first-time fix rates
  • Support technical and field teams with accurate information to prevent on-site attendance when possible
  • Identify and communicate root causes of faults
  • Utilize CRM/ERPs to log and resolve issues within KPI timeframe
  • Stay updated on equipment and technical information for top-notch virtual support
  • Provide self-serve access to documents for safe system use by personnel


  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Near native fluency in English and Dutch

Way of working:
Full-time, from Mondays to Fridays, no shifts involved. Fully onsite in the Leiden office.
