Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced leader to oversee a regional logistics team, ensuring timely shipments and managing warehouse partnerships. This role involves optimizing logistics operations, delegating tasks, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The successful candidate will enhance efficiency and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional logistics team.
  • Ensure timely supplier deliveries and customer shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse partners.
  • Monitor key logistics metrics and provide regular updates.
  • Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Mitigate risks and develop contingency plans for disruptions.
  • Drive best practices and improve the customer logistics experience.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of logistics management experience.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software, data analysis, and Oracle ERP.
  • Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and related PC applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
