Sales Commodity Trader | Russian-speaker | No prior trader experience is required
Job Description
Our client is an international commdity trading company with a HQ in Asia, and we are looking for a Sales Commodity Trader to join their team. They have been growing very well to the point that they have move to a new office that is 3 times bigger than their previous office. Would you like to be part of growing organization? Responsibilities:
- Manage global trade in non-ferrous metal recycling and primary metals.
- Oversee all business aspects, including marketing, client relations, quality control, pricing, negotiation, documentation, payments, and profit analysis
- Maintain and expand customer relationships while identifying new markets, products, and business opportunities
- Address and resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations
- Contribute to team goals by achieving related objectives
- Report daily activities and provide analytical insights to management
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Able to travel 50% of the time, in and outside of Europe
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to those with at least 3 years of experience in another company
- Proficient in client relationship management and effective communication across diverse audiences
- You have negotiation skills, translation abilities, closing techniques, self-confidence, self-motivation, resilience for demanding work and travel, and strong presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Russian are must
The way of working:
This role is a full-time where you are asked to come to the office at least 3 times a week. This position involves frequent travel.
