Job Description

Our client, a top luxury product provider, seeks a Sales & Business Development Manager for the European market. Their team is based in Leiden. Specializing exclusively in luxury goods, they offer an extensive range including fashion, fragrances, cosmetics, and more. Your role as Sales and Business Development Manager will be vital in expanding luxury product sales throughout Europe, involving the creation and execution of various sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business within designated European territories, focusing on branded luxury products like perfumes, cosmetics, and liquors within the discount store market.
  • Identify potential customers, establish a robust Sales Platform and customer base.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships to achieve sustained sales growth.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure seamless supply and shipments to customers.
  • Manage payment collection as per company terms and policies.
  • Undertake regular travel to nurture customer relationships, generate sales inquiries, and address needs.
  • Compile comprehensive reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving related outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the beauty products industry or spirits
  • Be open to around 30-40% travel.
