Job Description
Our client is a leader in the development and supply of medical diagnostic equipment, headquartered in Japan. For their European office in Capelle aan den Ijssel we are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Service & Repair Administrator to join their Customer service department. In this position you will be supporting ad coordinating the administration of the service and repair operations. The role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers and contributing to the optimization of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service & Repair department, including managing schedules, generating reports, and handling communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer details, service agreements, and repair logs.
- Process service orders, ensuring data accuracy, and oversee order tracking and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to fulfill customer needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and materials, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and address any billing issues with customers or finance.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a service department within an international organization.
- MBO-level education.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, understanding of Dutch is a plus.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain an overview of complex processes.
- Willingness to work mostly on-site from the office.
