Customer Support Specialist | German
Job Description
For one of our international clients in Hoofddorp, we are currently seeking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. Our client is a producer and provider of merchandising, security, and IoT solutions, and in the role of a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure a great customer experience, ongoing satisfaction, and exceptional order management for the EMEA market.
This is a temporary position for approx. 6 months, and you will be offered a contract through us, Adams Multilingual Recruitment. At the end of the assignment, there is an opportunity to be offered a direct contract with our client.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
- Order management: processing orders, providing price information, determining appropriate shipping methods and ship dates
- Manage incoming requests, create proposals, and complete quotes.
- Check stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team
- Inventory management and on-time and in-full delivery of customer orders
- Build reports to help support business objectives, e.g. back order, customer complaint, etc.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, and when problems occur, solve these.
- Provide technical troubleshooting via phone and coordinate field calls with a service partner.
The way of working
You are asked to come into the Hoofddorp office every day for the first 3 months for training purposes. Afterward, you will be able to work from home twice a week.
We can consider candidates for 32-40 h/w.
Who are you?
- You have previous experience of customer service, order management, and/or account management
- You are fluent in English and German, this is a must
- You have experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- You are also a person who enjoys providing excellent customer service, who is proactive and who has an analytical mindset
