A global leader in specialty materials is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team in Rotterdam. Responsibilities:

• Desk Side Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily technical issues within the EMEA region
• Provide service for software and hardware infrastructures
• Act as a technical resource for IT support staff for Windows and mobile devices
• Support video conferencing and telecom needs
• Manage electronic equipment disposal processes
• Infrastructure Management
• Handle all digital infrastructure for EMEA
• Assist or lead IT infrastructure projects
• Provide user support and training on new IT systems or procedures
• Travel within EMEA (10%)

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing infrastructure problems
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment on projects and support issues with corporate IT, vendors, and business groups
