Join our client, a global leader in commercial food service equipment, as an Office & Operations Coordinator, and become the heart of their HR & General Affairs team in Amsterdam!
As Office & Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring Amsterdam HQ is a welcoming and efficient workplace for employees and visitors. You will manage daily operational tasks related to General Affairs, supporting various administrative and organizational functions within the HR & GA department.
In this role you will:
- Managing daily office operations to create a productive, professional environment.
- Keeping the office well-stocked and organized by managing supplies and resources.
- Providing a top-tier visitor experience for guests, candidates, and team members.
- Coordinating office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and lease agreements.
- Handling administrative tasks such as file organization, office equipment, and leave tracking.
- Managing company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, fuel cards, and documentation.
- Supporting new hire onboarding, from preparing workstations to coordinating IT setup.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and local authorities.
- Acting as a team backup, ensuring seamless operations during absences.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Ability to work with different software systems
- Professional fluency in English & Dutch (at least B2)
- Excel skills; proficient with spreadsheets and formulas
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with external parties and internally
- Excellent planning & organizational skills
- Hands on mentality, proactive attitude and a true team player
