Payroll Specialist
Job Description
One of our clients in Amsterdam is looking for a Payroll Specialist with prior experience in the role and great knowledge of Dutch payroll regulations. This is a large international organization originally from the US, a leader in global nutrition.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and processing monthly payroll from A to Z, as well as handling payroll reports in coordination with the company’s local and international financial departments
- Working closely with the HR team on operational and tactical issues and participate in various (international) HR projects about smarter and more digital working.
- Contributing to the Digitalization and Process Improvement for Dutch payroll as part of the EMEA Project team
- Ensuring that payroll activities and meetings are prioritized based on agreed global and local plans
- Being responsible for the smooth implementation of the new payroll process, sending clear and regular communication to maintain engagement and ensure a smooth transition.

Main Requirements:
- Education in Payroll Administration and knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding payroll taxes.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and proficient in Excel.
- ADP knowledge and Experience with 30% schemes and international assignments is an advantage.
- Analytical, proactive and very well organized
- Fluent English and conversational Dutch language skills
