The Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a growing sales team while shaping and executing commercial strategies. Your focus will be on driving business expansion, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring high-performance sales execution. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact within an innovative and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development (70%)

  • Oversee a sales team, providing clear direction, setting objectives, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support team members through structured coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and drive results.
  • Create a collaborative and high-energy work environment that encourages accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to track progress and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Guide the team through complex negotiations and sales strategies, helping them build strong client relationships.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion (30%)

  • Develop and refine sales strategies to support business growth in key markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize revenue potential.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to report on sales performance and provide insights into future opportunities.

About You

  • Proven Sales Leadership – You have 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years leading and developing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Global Market Experience – Comfortable working across international markets, understanding different business cultures, and managing relationships on a global scale.
  • Versatile & Hands-On – Capable of balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in sales processes when needed.
  • Passionate About Team Development – A strong leader who values mentorship, team-building, and empowering others to succeed.
  • Excellent Communicator & Relationship-Builder – Strong ability to connect with stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Adaptable & Resilient – Thrives in a fast-moving environment, able to navigate challenges and drive results.
  • Multilingual Advantage – Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in an additional EU language is highly preferred.
