Our client is a fast growing international company based in Amsterdam, specializing in Information and Risk Management services. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative fluent in Dutch- with some prior commercial experience. In this position you will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Initiate cold calls, emails, and social outreach to potential clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Set up qualified appointments and demos for the business development team to further explore sales opportunities
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role including outbound sales and lead generation
- Experience in setting up and coordinating meetings with prospects
- Excellent communication skills, with a resilient and positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Higher education in business, marketing or a related field
