Job Description
Our exciting international client has been creating waves in their industry since 1992. In the UK they are the number one company in their sector and have received accolades for being one of the UK's Best Workplaces in 2023 and 2024.
Some of the key areas of responsibility will be:
- Providing strategic direction.
- Driving business to business large ticket sales.
- Building and developing a sustainable large groups & events strategy.
- Management of budgets and sales forecasting.
- Achieving incremental revenue and profitability.
- And so much more.
Whilst there is a great deal of support from Headquarters this is essentially an independent role at this stage. The opportunity to build a sales team will come later.
What does our client need to see?
They are looking for a result driven sales professional who is extremely hands on and operational as well as strategic in their approach. The role needs an understanding of the corporate world and the potential to influence and persuade the corporate events planners and buyers.
- We need a Dutch speaker who is fluent in English (German would also be nice to have).
- Significant experience in a senior sales role with proven success in building markets.
- Prior experience in working with promotions agencies in the leisure or hospitality sector.
- A track record in winning new business and in executing effective sales plans.
- A dynamic and energetic influencer who excels in building and nurturing relationships.
