Our client is looking for a new SEO Specialist to own the DACH region of their brand, and to work on developing and implementing the growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the DACH websites of the international SEO portfolio
• Research keywords in German and identify high-value search terms relevant to the websites’ content
• Optimize website content for German search engines, using targeted keywords and phrases
• Analyze website metrics and identify areas for improvement and track progress
• Develop and execute link building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from DACH websites
• Create new content specifically tailored to the German markets
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry changes
• Identify potential technical issues
• Collaboration with other marketing teams for a coordinated approach

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or similar field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and SEO
• Business fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Knowledge of and experience with keywords research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques and analysis
• Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, is an advantage
• Experience with content creation
• Excellent communication and data analytical skills
• A positive and energetic personality
